Chairs is a completely table free template, in green and grey/white this does not however mean it was designed with accessibility as priority
It's been tested and found to work with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Opera and all geko engine browsers, like Mozilla. Outside of those I can't be so sure how it renders, though in theory it should be ok. Even so it looks better if you're not using IE. Logo PSD included in the download
Version 1.1 fixed a huge error in the overall_header.tpl. It seemed to work fine even with the error (Missing parts of the HEAD and BODY tags :/) but important you upgrade.

phpBB 2.x is no longer official supported by Phpbb and so old phpbb themes like this are also no longer supported here. As a result there is no longer a demo of the theme either.

If your using the chairs template, this download and the great Phpbb Fetch All Mod. You can create a portal page in the chairs style.
